Kids Parties Perth

By Conny Torney The only thing Perth kids enjoy more than going to a good birthday party is having a great birthday party! When it comes to choosing the right entertainment for your kids birthday party in Perth you have several options to choose from. Your main Hearts Desire as a Parent is to Hold an Event That Helps to Create Happy Memories That Will Last for a Lifetime. A noble goal but how do you achieve it? Here are 5 ways that you can make your kids birthday the best ever. 1. take a LOT of pictures on the day and paste them into a scrapbook. In years to come your child and even your grandchildren will treasure it more than you could possibly imagine. 2. You don’t need to do everything yourself. Choosing a professional children’s entertainer such as a clown, face painter or magician can be a huge help and hiring someone to keep the kids happy is a lot more affordable than you would imagine. 3. Have a plan and stick to it. Kids thrive on structure and boundaries – they make them feel secure. Knowing ‘what comes next’ will go a long way towards making your kids birthday party more fun and a lot less stressful. 4. Make sure the entertainers that you do hire are fully insured and have a current police clearance certificate. Remember, you can never be too safe when it comes to children. 5. If you plan on having a Pinata for goodness sakes SUPERVISE well! The last thing you want is someone getting bashed in the head and ending up on Funniest home videos. Children deserve birthday parties that they can look back on for many years to come with feelings of warmth and happiness. With a little bit of effort you can give your child something they will remember and treasure well after they have forgotten the presents they received. Finally, make sure that your birthday party finished on time. Far better to leave the kids wanting more than to let things go on too long and end up with a bunch of frazzled kids and stressed out adults! Whilst this list is not exhaustive, it will help you to have a great kids birthday party. Spiritual Perfection Is Impossible When Your Focus Is Wrong

By David Becker The Foundation of Jesus Christ, which includes focus on sin, faith, water baptism, Holy Ghost baptism, resurrection and judgment, must be taught first to new Christians, but once that foundation is laid, it is critical that a maturing Christian go on to learning new things of the LORD GOD according to His Grace and Will. No student can grow to perfection by repeatedly learning the six principles of the doctrine of Christ. Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. And this will we do, if God permit. (Hebrews 6:1-3 AV) Focusing over and over and over on the six things contained within the Foundation of Jesus Christ, prevents a Christian from growing to the place that the LORD GOD Wills. Many Christians become so focused on these six things that their spiritual growth stops at that very place. (1) Sin Focus – When a Christian keeps dwelling on the sins of themselves and the sins of others. Usually this results in condemnation, exclusion or backsliding. (2) Faith Focus – When a Christian has a spiritual focus on his faith as an excuse to avoid the study of God’s Word. This makes a Christian that is ineffective at evangelism, susceptible to becoming confused, tricked into cults and being led by false teachers, and confuses young Christians with loose interpretations based on feelings rather than the Word of God. (3) Water Baptism Focus – When a Christian focuses over and over on water baptism, they lose the big picture of God’s Grace that allows salvation of a sinner. This causes a Christian to lead many astray by bringing people to the waters for redemption and making them feel that their act protected them from damnation. In the midst of it all, the message of the free and undeserved gift of the LORD GOD to give us salvation through His Grace is lost, which eventually leads to confusion among Christians between the differences of faith and works. (4) Holy Spirit Focus – When a Christian focuses on the feelings of love, joy, peace, strength and all of the other emotions felt when the Holy Spirit is moving, and rejects the day to day walk with Christ in faith. This causes a Christian to rely on emotion and feelings, rather than the faithful belief in Jesus Christ and the study of Word of God. (5) Resurrection Focus – When a Christian focuses on his resurrection to heaven. This makes a Christian so caught up with his reward that he forgets to accomplish the Works that the LORD GOD has for Him to do while he is alive. (6) Judgment Focus – When a Christian focuses excessively on the coming Judgment by Jesus Christ and the approaching End Times. This results in apathy, fear, exclusion, separation, self focus, and a loss of credibility. Faithful Christians are excitedly awaiting the Last Days to be completed and the New World established with our King Jesus Christ in rule. It’s an exciting and wonderful time to be alive, but there is so much work for the LORD GOD to do, and so few workers to do it. A Christian doing the works of GOD doesn’t have time to focus on the ever afters right now! Growing Christians must move on into perfection! When you have established your belief and your spiritual being on the Foundation of Jesus Christ, then move on to focus your attention on learning the new and wonderful revelations that the LORD GOD Wills for you to know. Stop your focus on the things you know well about your faith, and push that envelope to a place where you can become PERFECT for your King and your LORD GOD! 2006 David “Bucker” Becker – All Rights Reserved Worldwide. Setting Career Goals

By Joseph Then Setting a career goal or objective is a personal challenge a person makes to himself or herself within a limited period by setting deadlines. The most successful people are usually ones that have set career goals for themselves. They know what they want to do, and work and plan towards achieving those results. It is never too early or too late to start setting career goals and working towards them. Difficulties in setting goals One of the most difficult issues in setting a career goal is recognizing exactly what a person wants. Even after they have a career goal chosen, often there are still doubts in their mind about the choices they make. Determining exactly what an individual wants is the most important decision they make in goal setting and career planning. Understand that it is very common when setting career goals to have times in their career path where people are not sure about the goals and choices they have selected. Even extremely successful individuals feel this way occasionally. These feelings often come and go. Sometimes, when an individual has to face a huge obstacle on their career path, it can be overwhelming and make them question their choices. Once the individual has dealt with this challenge, everything seems on course again. This is a test of his or her perseverance and is not a career goal problem. It is a problem when these doubts persist or are always in the back of their minds. If this seems to be the case, study the career choice and carefully rethink the career objectives. Sometimes we make a career choice in high school such as cooking. When we take Chef Training in college, it may not be what we are still interested in or no longer have a passion for. Simplifying the process Here are a few steps that can help you realize your career goals and maintain your goals once you have achieved them. 1. List – It is very important for anyone who desires to set and then achieve their career goals, to write their plans down so they are in black and white. When written down, ideas are much more real on paper than ones kept in our heads. It is very easy to forget or put aside goals that we talk about or think about but are not on paper. 2. Visualize – Daydream and think about your goals. If you want to be a top salesperson in a large company within the next three years, imagine ways to make this goal a reality. Also, visualize about the responsibility and work you will acquire once the position is obtained. 3. The Right People – Surround yourself with people that believe in you and are positive about your ability to achieve your career goals. People that believe you can succeed at anything will reinforce that anything is possible with determination and hard work. Make your goals a part of your lifestyle and constantly work towards achieving them. Goal setting is important! Do away with all the trials and errors and set your goals today! I Am Confused, What Do Women Look for in a Man?

By Peter Johnson The reason I point this out is to state that their brains actually work differently from mens and they have a different interpretation to what a man sees. First impressions for example, they seem to categorise a partner by the way he dresses as this possibly has a way of defining his ability to provide security, good breeding, and success. A well dressed man will do better in the dating circle than that of a man who has never ironed a shirt in his life. A man on the other hand will see a woman and focus on her shape (this has been scientifically proven), looks and femininity. These are the qualitys men deem as necessary, for quality reproduction. We are a very complicated species and there are no real definitive answers, but recent research has suggested that humans are physically attracted to someone who has the same looks as our own. For example, if we have a square jaw and deep set eyes then a compatible woman would be the female that has these attributes. Scientists are making all sorts of comments but if you look at the type of woman you are attracted to, that sticks, you dont seem to have too many variations from the parameters that you find attractive. Think back to your previous girlfriends, I would bet they are all similar in one way or another. You have to remember that you will never be attractive to all women; an example would be that women are not attracted to all types of food. We have instinctive actions that make us desire one thing over another and this has been inbred over millions of years. The best advice I can offer is present yourself the best you can and widen your knowledge to cope with conversation. Be versatile and confident and present yourself in a way that spotlights that you are a worthy partner. Beyond, height and good presentation, women are far more deep minded than men so for those that arent identical to Brad Pitt, there is hope. Remember Marilyn Munroe was attracted to Albert Einstein and as intelligent as he was, he was certainly not going to win any awards for hunk of the month. She wanted him for his mind. Women are complicated but that doesnt mean to say that they are impossible to catch. They are human and we all like flattery, intelligence and originality. Youre never going to catch every apple that falls from the tree, but if youre clever in your approach, youll be able to harvest more than you think Alexander Black who is a practiced author and advice columnist for http://www.sugardaddie.com Here you will find his latest advice http://www.sugardaddie.com/dating_advice.htm Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Peter_Johnson http://EzineArticles.com/?I-Am-Confused,-What-Do-Women-Look-for-in-a-Man?&id=83548 fast cash massachusetts personal student loans no credit check auto loan can i use a pension plan as colateral for a personal loan

Mission ‘Statement’ Impossible

By Kim A. Castle Dant dant da da dant dant da da. Dant dant da da dant dant da da. (That’s the theme from “Mission Impossible”…)FADE IN. Your mission, should you chose to accept it is to create a fail-proof proclamation, a road map, that not only serves ALL your business needs but also provides you an endless source of fuel so you can thrive in your business. Beware of the well- intentioned imposter called “the mission statement.” Should you choose to accept this mission… this article will self-destruct in… you get the point. If you’ve been is business in any sort of formal sense or have come out of a MBA or business school, no doubt you have been told to “write a mission statement” to assure that your business achieves the success that you want for it. So as any good success-orientated business owners would do, you did as you were told and wrote one; only to find yourself with a hard earned paragraph (or a page) that’s not giving you the power you thought it would. Well no wonder, you sent the wrong agent to do the right job. The inherent problem with writing a business mission statement is that it’s an external communication of what your business is about and what it could do. It’s used to communicate your business’ mission to someone else. This power-zapping situation has been created because you either: a) you wrote it because someone told you that’s the way business is done, b) OR more often than not you wrote it to prove to someone else that you deserve to get something, usually money or some other assistance for your business. This type of purpose is easily manipulated to paint a certain picture. Any picture you chose. Some may teach that doing a mission statement is about communicating your choice to others, therefore giving you the ‘illusion’ of power. Where’s the power in the ‘illusion’? Certainly not in you, where it should be! The mission statement communication point is focused externally on the receiver so in essence you are giving the receiver the power of your communication. That’s marketing! Which is all said and good if and only if your internal communication, to yourself and your team, is built and is solid. If it’s not, creating a mission statement only is like throwing a huge party in your penthouse when you haven’t even laid in the concrete foundation of the building. Don’t worry. It’s an easy fix. It’s as simple as calling that ‘mission statement agent’ back in, saving it for the right job, and training a new agent for the job. The first and the most important part of developing any business with a big business vision (a brand) is developing a solid, and I mean bullet-proof, brand statement — which is your business’ internal reason to be. in_ter_nal adj 1. located within or affecting the inside of something, 2. involving or existing within the mind or spirit rea_son n 1. an explanation or justification for something 2. a motive or cause for acting or thinking in a particular way 3. a cause that explains a particular phenomenon Your brand statement must be concise & clear, anchored in your passion & to your vision of what you are bringing to the world. It is so completely anchored internally that it actually becomes the ruler by which you measure every business decision. (Important distinction to note is that your brand statement is an internal communication and is not for public use.) Without your business’ core internal brand statement firmly in place, every time you communicate your well-intentioned mission statement, verbally or in-print, you will essentially be giving your power away. No amount of re-phrasing or creating catchy 30-second elevator speech or “round-robins” will change that. Makes sense doesn’t it? Without really knowing your business’ brand statement, even shouting your mission statement off Mount Everest will still feel… empty. I receive dozens of e-mails every day from people who’ve personal and business lives have changed by working solely on this amazing statement. So, you can begin today. Focus on your brand statement before of wondering why your mission statement is serving you. You will be astonished at the power, clarity and financial success it will bring you. You and your business will experience the phenomenon known as financial success when your “internal” house is in order and it provides the foundation for ALL your external communication. Beginning Quilting a New Hobby or Craft?

By Penny Halgren Like many other crafts and hobbies, quilting has survived the test of time. Some quilt historians date the beginning of quilting back to the middle ages, when quilted clothes were made for warriors sent to battle in cold climates. According to history, fabrics were layered and stitched in the same quilting method used today to keep the layers intact and keep the warriors warm. You might note several differences: The quilting was done by hand (as was the construction of the clothes) There were no fancy designs of either the quilting pattern or the clothes Probably this clothing was made by local tailors (who generally were men) Quilting today is much more fun and includes both men and women! Because there are more than 20 million quilters in the US, fabric stores have dedicated sections of their shops to quilting fabric. In many communities, it is easy to find a quilting store or two (or three) a shop that caters just to quilters. And finding quilting fabric online is getting easier by the day. With a wide selection of resources, the next question is whether you will enjoy quilting. The art of quilting has something for almost everyone. Traditional patchwork quilts are still very popular. They provide a framework for design while allowing the quilter to use fabric selection to vary the overall look of the quilt. Contemporary quilts, or art quilts, are also popular, and provide a canvas for designing quilts that has no bounds. Many quiltmakers still rely on hand sewing which makes quilts portable. Your quilt project easily goes into the waiting room of doctors and dance classes, travels with you in the car on long trips, and turns idle time into productive time. Other quilters complete their entire quilt project on the machine from piecing blocks to machine quilting and finishing the binding. Whether your quilt is made by hand or machine, the sense of pride you feel when your quilt is finished is at least equal to the feeling of love, admiration and appreciation that the person who uses or receives the quilt feels. And you become a thread in the history of time linking past generations with the future. Happy Quilting! This article courtesy of http://www.How-to-Quilt.com. The Increasing Popularity Of Destination Weddings

By Shaunta Pleasant The past few decades have seen many trends in weddings and wedding planning, but it seems that destination weddings are definitely here to stay. Gathering the wedding party and invited guests in a great destination resort is a great way to get any marriage off to a great start, and the wedding party and wedding guests alike will enjoy the opportunity to turn a wedding celebration into a great vacation. There Are A Variety Of Possibilities When Planning A Destination Wedding There are nearly as many possibilities for destination weddings as there are brides and grooms, and these great wedding celebrations have been held in beachfront resorts, mountain towns, big cities and small villages from coast to coast and from one corner of the world to the other. Making Your Destination Wedding A Reflection Of Your Ethnicity Often these destination weddings are a reflection of the ethnicity of the bride and groom. For instance, a couple whose roots lie in Italy may choose to travel to their ancestral homeland, perhaps enjoying a spectacular destination wedding in Rome, followed by a wonderful Roman holiday as a honeymoon. Choosing A Romantic Place To have A Wedding Or the true romantics among us may choose destination weddings in that most romantic of cities Paris. Paris has certainly seen more than its fair share of wedding celebrations, and the city of lights is a popular locale for both wedding celebrations and honeymoons. Planning Ahead And Being Flexible Planning destination weddings does take a bit more work than planning an ordinary wedding down the street, but it does not need to be overwhelming. As with planning any type of wedding, the key to bringing off a great destination wedding is to plan ahead and to be flexible. You Can Hire A Wedding Planner Or Do It Yourself Planning ahead is vital when it comes to destination weddings, since there are so many additional things that must be taken care of. You will of course still need to shop for wedding bands, choose the perfect wedding cake and send out the invitations, but you will also need to book a block of hotel rooms, help wedding party members and guests with plane reservations and possibly passport concerns, all while still shopping for the perfect wedding dress. When you consider all the things that must be done for destination weddings it becomes apparent why planning well in advance is so important. You can hire a wedding planner or do it yourself. Family Lineage is a Treasure Hunt

By Tom LeBaron Family lineage is one of the most interesting topics for anyone to discuss because it is unique to each family. Finding everything from royalty to heroes in family lineage is exciting. Having a personal record of family lineage is a great treasure. Recently, the Latter-day Saint church provided Larry King with a copy of his family history during his evening TV show. King commented that although he had received many gifts during his life, he would cherish the gift of his family lineage above all the rest. How do you find the origin and story of a family name as unique as von Niederhausern der Hoboken Dans or as common as Jones? There are three major sources for finding information about your family lineage without the help of one of those little kiosks in the mall. 1) Family History Libraries The easiest way to learn more about your family lineage is to download all the information that has already been compiled. You can do this with the Ancestral File database that is indexed at the worlds largest genealogy library, The Family History Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Downloading your family tree onto a GEDCOM file can help you do research on the ancestors you are most interested in. In order to find as much information on your lineage as possible in the database, youll need to gather information about your parents, your grandparents, and your great-grandparents. 2) Internet Since only a small percentage of genealogy enthusiasts will ever make it to the Salt Lake Valley, the information has been placed online at FamilySearch.orga non-profit website that helps make vital records available to researchers. 3) Field Research Field research is not always the most practical method for filling in the gaps of your family lineage. Its certainly the most time consuming, but it is also often the most rewarding. After exhausting the data thats already been compiled in indexes, the next step is to do your own research. You can hire an accredited genealogist to do this for you, or you can tackle it yourself. Field research is done by going into census records, birth/death records, marriage records, and anything else thats available in order to find information on a family. These are some basic sources of finding information. Certainly, volumes have been compiled on the subject of family lineage, but only recently has a new method of research been revealedDNA testing. Through DNA, people whose research has hit a roadblock and hasnt moved for years can conduct a DNA test to either confirm records already obtained, link themselves to someone they believe to be a relative, or determine what ethnicities make up their DNA. Remember that building a record of your family lineage is a very time-consuming process, but it is extremely rewarding. Through either the help of a professional or your own efforts, family lineage is a treasure worth discovering.
